Former Albion favourite Shane Duffy is on the move.
The Irish centre-back will join Norwich City on a three-year deal when his Fulham contract expires on June 30.

He follows former Seagulls striker Ashley Barnes, who is making a similar free agent move to Carrow Road after leaving Burnley.
Norwich boss David Wagner will know all about what Duffy can offer in the second tier.
He was a key man as for Albion as they battled it out with Wagner’s Huddersfield side in the race for promotion in 2016-17
