Michal Karbownik is the latest Albion fringe player to find a new challenge.
The Polish full-back or midfielder has joined Hertha Berlin on a permanent deal for undisclosed terms.
Hertha have lost their opening two matches in Bundesliga.2.
Karbownik joined Albion almost three years ago along with Jakub Moder amid a degree of excitement but never made a first-team impact.
He spent last season on loan at Fortuna Dusseldorf.
Andi Zeqiri, who watched Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Rayo Vallecano from the West Stand, is also expected to find a new club ahead of the transfer deadline.
