Roberto De Zerbi says Albion are under-achieving – as he targets a return to winning ways.

The Albion head coach is still convinced his side threw away two points as they drew with Fulham.

They go to Everton today (3pm) looking to improve on a recent run which has seen them trail 3-0, 2-0 and 2-0 well before half-time in their last three Premier and Europa League away games.

They will be keen not to help the Toffees further inflate self-belief which has been growing in recent weeks.

De Zerbi said: "We are in seventh place in the table, competing in the Europa League. I could be happy, pleased with the performances at the beginning of the season.

"No, it's not like this. I'm not happy. We can compete stronger, everyone can do something more. It's not a problem if we lose a player in the transfer market if we are competing in three games.

"We are Brighton and we have to play better. We have to push more or we can change the target, but I can fix the target.

“Our target is high and we have to push and get more points. We have potential to win more games."

Tariq Lamptey is available for Albion’s trip to Goodison but there is no indication as to when Pervis Estupinan will return.
