Albion defender Jan Paul van Hecke has signed a new contract.
His deal runs until June 2027.
Van Hecke helped Albion to a fourth successive Europa League clean sheet when they beat Marseille last night.
He has impressed as a defender and user of possession as well as showing increasing levels of authority.
Via a club statement, Albion boss Roberto De Zerbi said: “I’m very happy for the new contract of JP. He deserves it. He’s becoming a great, great player.”
De Zerbi recently said van Hecke can be the next Lewis Dunk.
