Albion under-21s skipper Jack Hinchy has completed a loan move to Shrewsbury Town.

He joins the League One outfit for the rest of the season.

Hinchy has impressed under-21s and senior coaching staff alike with the Seagulls.

He moves on after playing in the Bristol Street Motors EFL Trophy defeat at Wycombe.

Hinchy, previously of Stockport County, led the 21s to the quarter-final of the Trophy and played the full 90 minutes against Shrewsbury on the way.

He recently came off the bench in the senior FA Cup tie at Stoke City to add to his debut in the Carabao Cup tie at Forest Green last season.
