Prospective Albion new boy Ibrahim Osman was identified as a hard player to keep by his boss in Denmark.
The Ghanaian forward is expected to sign for the Seagulls for a reported £17 million.
Osman, 19, has been catching the eye with Nordsjaelland and attracted interest from West Ham.
But he will sign with Albion for next season.
Speaking earlier this season, Nordsjaelland head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup said: “He is a fast winger and striker, and I have huge expectations for him.
“He has the pace which is important for us to have in at least one of our strikers.
“People can probably figure out that there is a player who is really good for us in the Super League, who might be really hard to keep."
