Valentin Barco is set for an intense finale to his Olympic qualifying tournament.
Albion’s new signing has been cleared for the final fixture against Brazil following a red card in the draw with Venezuela.
He missed the subsequent 3-3 thriller with Paraguay.
The top two from the four-team final group go through to Paris and results so far have essentially set up two qualification finals on the final weekend.
Argentina know a win over Brazil will send them through and anything less would mean elimination.
The result could also have implications for Facundo Buonanotte, who is eligible for the Olympic team and has said he would love to play in major international tournaments whether it is with the seniors or under-23s.
There are also a couple more sub-plots at play.
Brazil have set their hearts on a third successive Olympic gold medal but Argentina could prevent them even going to the Games.
Meanwhile their own head coach Javier Mascherano is coming under pressure back home.
He said: “It’s going to be a demanding match. It’s all or nothing.
“We have to think positive and we have spoken about it to the boys.
“We are one win from going through.
“The people who criticise me? Maybe they will be lucky and I’ve only got one game left!”
