Tony Harrington will take charge of Albion’s game at home to Everton.
It will be only his fourth Premier League fixture of the season.
He has shown nine yellow cards and no reds in the previous three.
The Cleveland-based official had previously taken nine Prem games across the previous two campaigns.
They include Graham Potter’s last Albion game, when Leicester were beaten 5-2, and Roberto De Zerbi’s first at the Amex, when Tottenham won 1-0.
In all competitions this season, he has shown 53 yellows and two reds in 13 fixtures.
His most recent dismissal was inside the first ten minutes when he spotted a dangerous challenge by Wolves’ Joao Gomes.
David Coote will be on VAR duty.
