Joao Pedro will not be considered for Brazil’s friendly at Wembley.

National team boss Junior Dorival has revealed he will not call on the Albion star for friendly games next month.

Dorival gave similar indications over Alisson Bekker and Matheus Cunha as he gave an interview to reporter Fred Caldeira which will be aired on TNT Sports Brazil on Thursday:

Brazil meet England at Wembley on March 23 and Spain three days later in important opportunities to test themselves against European opposition.

Joao Pedro has been out for the last fortnight with a hamstring issue.

Head coach Roberto De Zerbi has been non-committal over a timescale for his recovery.

But he said last Saturday that he wanted his top scorer in good shape in 20-25 days.

Albion are likely to have Adam Lallana back as an option for the No.10 berth when they play Everton on Saturday.
