The Sussex course put on an expert panel to provide racegoers with an exciting and informative opportunity to get an exclusive insight on this week’s Cheltenham Festival.

With the Cheltenham spirit ignited, and the Plumpton roar ready to go, a six-race card followed, providing the perfect start to the week.

An excellent ride from Bryony Frost helped the Paul Nicholls team take The Betting.Bet ‘National Hunt’ Novices’ Hurdle with Jetronic, owned by Chris Giles.

Chris Gordon celebrated his 100th Plumpton win in The Betting.Bet Cheltenham Festival Free Bets Novices’ Handicap Steeple Chase with heir Freddie Gordon holding off the favourite aboard Baddesley.

Martin Spirit and Lee Edwards took The Betting.Bet Horse Racing Tips Aggregator Novices’ Limited Handicap Hurdle for trainer Adam West and Mr T Cusden.

San Pedro helped make it a double for Freddie and Chris Gordon in The Nagsbet.com £10 Free Bet Handicap Hurdle, scoring with ease for The Rockbourne Partnership.

Born at Midnight and Harry Kimber took a comfortable win in The Cheltenhamfestival.com Handicap Steeple Chase for Bill Turner and owner Mr B.J Goldsmith.

Colours on Canvas crossed the line first to record a much needed win for Sean Bowen in The John Ellis Memorial Handicap Hurdle for Jim and Suzi Best and owner Mr J Daniels.

Plumpton are now gearing up for their fun filled Easter Festival on March 31 ad April 1.
