Billy Gilmour is Albion’s latest injury-related absentee.
The midfielder is expected to miss at least a month after picking up a knee problem on international duty.
Julio Enciso also misses the trip to Anfield - due to a muscular issue.
Roberto De Zerbi is hopeful the Paraguay international will only be out for “a couple of weeks”.
James Milner and Joao Pedro remain absent although the latter has resumed training after a hamstring issue.
