Mikey Harris was pleased with a clean sheet as Albion picked up an away point.
They followed wins by 7-3 and 3-2 in their previous away games with a 0-0 draw at West Ham in the Barclays WSL.
Albion boss Harris said: “There are lots of positives to take.
“A clean sheet gives us something to build on.
“I thought the togetherness of the team, the defending right through from the goalkeeper to the strikers, everyone was brilliant.
“Everyone played their part in that clean sheet. We are really pleased. We will build on that.”
Albion now look to their return to the Amex when they face Everton on Friday, April 19.
