Mahmoud Dahoud has parted company with Albion.
The 28-year-old has joined Eintracht Frankfurt on a permanent deal on undisclosed terms.
He ended last season on loan at Stuttgart and returned to Albion this summer, without forcing his way into Fabian Huerzeler’s plans.
Head coach Huerzeler said: “This is an opportunity for Mo to play again in the Bundesliga, an environment he knows well from his time with Dortmund and Stuttgart.
“We wish him all the best for his future and thank him for his efforts during his time with the club.”
Dahoud has a proven track record in Germany, making 86 appearances for Borussia Monchengladbach and 141 for Dorussia Dortmind.
