Diego Gomez celebrated the goal of his dreams after he helped Julio Enciso and Paraguay beat Brazil.
The future Albion midfielder secured a 1-0 win in the World Cup qualifier in Asuncion.
Enciso helped in a triumph which reignited Paraguay’s hopes of reaching the finals.
But it was a disappointing outcome for Albion forward Joao Pedro, who went on as a half-time substitute for Brazil.
Gomez, currently with Inter Miami, picked up possession just outside the box, looked to be switching the ball on to his left foot and then used the outside of his right to curl a shot past keeper Alisson Bekker and in off the post.

He said: "It’s one of the best goals of my career.
“It’s a goal I have dreamed about since I was a boy, to be here with my national team, scoring a goal here in the Defensores (Stadium).
“I don’t have words for this.”
Gomez's move to the Seagulls will be confirmed when the January transfer window opens.
Paraguay coach Gustavo Alfaro was seen after the match hugging a delighted Enciso and yelling: “Let’s go to the World Cup.”
Alfaro was in charge of the Ecuador squad which reached the 2022 tournament with the help of Pervis Estupinan, Moises Caicedo and Jeremy Sarmiento.
Joao Pedro replaced Endrick as Brazil looked to get back on terms.
Estupinan played 87 minutes as Ecuador beat Peru 1-0.
