Albion will stage two WSL fixtures at the Amex in the coming months.
They will play Manchester United on Saturday, October 19 (12.30pm) and West Ham United, which is currently listed for Saturday, November 16 (12.30pm) subject to selections for live TV broadcast.
The first of those games comes on the day the senior men visit Newcastle United (3pm) and could see Elisabeth Terland, who was Albion’s top scorer last season, face her old club for the first time.
Terland signed for United this summer and linked up with former Albion defender Maya Le Tissier.
West Ham’s women will visit during a Premier League international break.
The WSL schedule has not been confirmed for that weekend.
Albion head coach Dario Vidosic said: “It’s brilliant news that we’re going to be able to play two high-profile matches at the Amex.
“As everyone knows the club’s long-term ambition is to have our own stadium in Brighton and we are making progress towards that.
“So it will be great to have the opportunity to play two games at the Amex, especially for the new players who have come into the squad who will get to experience it for the first time.
“We look forward to hopefully welcoming a big crowd to the Amex and to making lots of great memories for our fans.”
Seats for non-season ticket holders are priced at £12 for adults, £6 for concessions (U18 or 65+) and £24 for a family (two adults and two juniors).
Groups of ten or more pay £6 per person.
Albion kick off their season when Everton visit the Broadfield Stadium a week on Saturday (12.30pm).
