Brajan Gruda continued to work towards a Premier League debut today.
The summer signing, whose involvement has been put on hold by injury, featured in a gallery of photos published by Albion from today’s session.
He is show in what appears to be a competitive part of the workout, being closed down by Julio Enciso.
Solly March is also pictured taking part.
Albion head coach Fabian Huerzeler considered including Gruda in his 20-man matchday squad at Chelsea but, ultimately, his name was not on the team sheet.
Speaking when Gruda first signed from Mainz in August, Huerzeler told The Argus: "He can play quite a few positions. He is a left-footed player so he can play on the wing, he can play in the half space.
"I prefer that that he can make the first touch with the left foot inside.
"I think the biggest challenge for him will be the intensity and sometimes also the ruthless duels.
"I think this will be the challenge he has to win but in the end he has amazing skills, he can make the difference in a game so I am really looking forward to it."
