Albion are looking for a set-piece specialist to work with their first team.
They want a UEFA A licence coach to help them improve their dead-ball game at both ends of the pitch.
Albion have tackled this season with goalkeeper coach Marco Knoop dealing with defensive set plays while Jonas Scheuermann has focussed on the attacking end.
The advertisement says the new recruit would cover both aspects.
They want someone with a proven experience in an elite men’s first team environment and “a strong interest in set-piece innovation and delivery”.
Advertising via Linked In, Albion said: “In this role, you will lead the development of our set-piece strategy, designing and delivering innovative coaching practices to bring it to life on the pitch.
“You will conduct in-depth analysis of the opposition behaviours and patterns to identify strengths, exploit weaknesses and stay ahead of emerging trends.
“Your insights and creativity will play a key role in helping BHAFC set the standard and strive for excellence.”
The new coach will be in place in time for pre-season training in July.
Albion have had limited joy from set plays this term and it is an obvious area to improve in terms of goal-scoring.
There have been successes and they earned praise for their organisation when Jan Paul van Hecke scored from a Yasin Ayari free-kick in the win over Fulham.
