Malick Yalcouye has completed his season-long loan deal with Swansea City.
The midfielder will look to build on the success of his 2024-25 campaign with Sturm Graz.
Yalcouye watched Swans beat Crawley Town in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday.
He caught the eye in two 45-minute run-outs for Albion in Spain during pre-season and also featured late in both wins over Wolfsburg last weekend.
The 19-year-old appears to be part of what has been a successful midfield succession plan in recent years.
His progress in West Glamorgan will be closely followed by Albion and their fans.
Technical director David Weir said: “Malick had an excellent season in Austria, which was recognised with the league title and the individual award he picked up.

“Now he has the exciting opportunity to show what he’s about in the Championship. We will be monitoring his progress throughout the year.”
Yalcouye signed a five-year-deal with the Seagulls when he arrived from IFK Gothenburg in July, 2024.
His season with Sturm Graz saw him help secure the Austrian Bundesliga title and the league’s Young Player of the Year award as well as playing in the Champions League.
Yalcouye is eligible to face Sheffield United in the Championship at the weekend
