John Sullivan is poised for another run in goal for Albion.

Michel Kuipers suffered a suspected broken left hand in training yesterday and regulations restrict the Seagulls' options outside the transfer windows.

They can only sign an emergency keeper, on a renewable seven-day deal, if no pros are fit.

It means Sullivan is in line to play against MK Dons at Withdean tonight, at Shrewsbury on Tuesday in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, Tranmere on December 20, at home to Colchester on Boxing Day and at Swindon two days later.

Manager Micky Adams is likely to then sign another keeper in the January window, as Kuipers could be out for up to two months.

Sullivan featured in back-to-back league wins against Leicester and Millwall, the Carling Cup defeat by Derby and an FA Cup draw against Hartlepool in October and November, when Kuipers was sidelined by thigh trouble.
