Albion have missed out on a glamour tie in the third round of the FA Cup.
The Seagulls have been drawn away to the winners of the postponed tie between Stockport and League Two Torquay at Edgeley Park.
The match will be played on January 2, ironically the date that Albion were due to visit Stockport at Edgeley Park in League One.
