Albion Reserves eased into the final of the Sussex Senior Cup with a 5-0 win over Hastings United.

Crawley conceded three goals in the last 30 minutes as they went down 4-1 at Barrow in Blue Square premier while Burgess Hill's hopes of reaching the Ryman division one play-offs suffered a major setback as they lost 2-1 at Met Police.
