Delighted Steve Evans saluted his "magnificent" players as Crawley clinched promotion to the Football League today.
Reds won 3-0 at Tamworth to seal the Blue Square Bet premier title thanks to two goals from Matt Tubbs, which took his tally for the season to 36, and Charlie Wassmer.
Evans said: "We are the deserving champions.
"To only lose three games all season is a magnificent achievement and I salute each and every one of my players.
"We have got a special group and to come away today and win so comfortably when the pressure was on showed that."
Reds entertain second-placed Luton on Tuesday night in front of what is expected to be a sell-out crowd at the Broadfield Stadium.
"There will be a great atmosphere but we will be professional," added Evans. "We have five games to go and will try and win them all."
