Albion have added to their Spanish connection by signing Valencia right-back Bruno Saltor on a free transfer.

The 31-year-old Catalan passed a medical at The Amex today and has agreed a two-year deal.

Saltor played 17 games in the Spanish top flight last season and also featured home and away against Stoke in the Europa League.

The Espanyol youth product played more than 60 games for Valencia in total and is a former team mate of Vicente Rodriguez, who thrilled Albion fans last season.
