Albion chairman Tony Bloom has praised the job done by head coach Oscar Garcia in his first season in English football.
The Spaniard has steered the injury-plagued Seagulls to within a point and a place of the play-offs ahead of tonight's penultimate match against Yeovil at the Amex.
Bloom said: "Whatever the outcome of the last two games and maybe the play-offs, Oscar and the players have done really well this season.
"Our terrible luck with injuries - particularly in the first half of the season - has been a tough hurdle to overcome.
"Being head coach of a Championship team as your first experience of English football is a tough ask, and I would like to congratulate Oscar on completing this season with skill, patience and dignity."
