Pascal Gross has revealed the improved understanding which helped him set up another goal.
The German playmaker revealed he knows exactly where Glenn Murray would be when he teed up his point-saver against Southampton.
And he reckons his rapport with Murray and fellow striker Tomer Hemed can only improve.
Gross told The Argus: “When you come to a club you have to get to know the strikers.
“It takes time but I knew in this situation he would probably go to the second post.
“I wanted to clip it over and this time it was perfect. When I crossed it, I had an idea – and it was the right idea.
“Our understanding is improving every week and I think we have shown this on the pitch.”
