Albion will take inspiration from Burnley's shock win over Chelsea as they try to cause a massive upset at Stamford Bridge (3pm).

Burnley stunned the champions on home turf on the opening day of the Premier League season.

Albion manager Chris Hughton said: "You have to use all of that to your advantage and look at the moments when they have maybe not been at their best but we know for us to get anything we are going to have to be absolutely at our best and for Chelsea not to be.

"That is something that can happen, We go into the game as huge underdogs, which takes the pressure off us, but we know we are going to have to perform at a good level to firstly stay in the game and to give us any chance of getting anything."

Chelsea's hopes of retaining the title are already all but over, due to the outstanding form of Manchester City.

Hughton said: "Chelsea are playing at this moment in a division of such quality. It's very difficult to replicate what Manchester City are doing.

"The next season (after winning the title) there is even more pressure on you and the clubs close to that have to up their game, bring in bigger and better players and the challenge becomes even greater.

"I certainly don't feel they are that much less of a team than last year. I just feel the competition is even greater now."
