Albion's home date against Spurs in April is up in the air, while the rematch against arch rivals Crystal Palace has not been picked for live TV.
Tottenham's visit, scheduled for Saturday April 21, has been brought forward to Friday April 20 (8pm) for live coverage by Sky.
The fixture is, however, subject to change as it coincides with the FA Cup semi-finals and both Albion and Spurs are still involved in the competition.
Albion's home game against Huddersfield on April 14, trip to Palace on April 21 and Burnley's visit on April 28 have not been chosen for TV.
The rearranged date for the Seagulls' trip to Manchester City will be confirmed on or around March 19 according to the Premier League.
