Crawley are battling to keep hold of James Collins.
They have turned down two six-figure bids for their star striker.
League Two rivals Luton Town and Coventry City are believed to be the clubs keen to sign the 26–year-old.
Collins, who scored 20 goals in 45 games last term, will discuss his future with new Reds boss Harry Kewell this week.
Kewell is piecing together a new-look squad after taking over from Dermot Drummy.
Collins arrived at the Checkatrade Stadium from Shrewsbury last summer and was a big hit with fans.
He still has two years of his current contract to run.
Luton are looking to stage another promotion bid under Nathan Jones after missing out in the play-offs last term.
But Collins could be tempted by a move to relegated Coventry.
The player lives near the city and is a Sky Blues supporter.
No other player scored more than seven league goals for Reds last season.
