Boss Garry Wilson was a disappointed man after Eastbourne Borough went down to an injury time goal against leaders Burton Albion.
Borough had taken the lead through Danny Brown in the first half but Martin Butler equalised as the home side appealed for offside and then nicked it in the 95th minute through Greg Pearson.
Wilson said: "Losing like that is hard to take. It was the last seconds and it was a poor goal to give away from our point of view.
"Lee Hook has made a couple of good saves in the game but his decision making for the goal was questionable.
"It was a shame because we had responded really well when they scored and created some good chances to win ourselves.
"We were also unhappy with the equaliser. Marc Pullan said their player was offside so he stopped and he would have got back to clear if he hadn't."
