Substitute Graham Webb was the hero for Hastings United as they grabbed a 2-1 victory at Horsham YMCA in their division one south derby.
United kept their hopes of automatic promotion alive when Webb blasted home from six yards in the 90th minute.
The game looked to be heading for a draw.
Ade Olorunda had fired Hastings into a 22nd minute lead but YM's Pat Massaro levelled just a minute into the second half.
