The title race in the County League goes to the last round of fixtures on Bank Holiday Monday after wins for Eastbourne Town and Whitehawk.
If Town win at Oakwood they take the crown. If they fail Whitehawk can cash in by beating Sidley.
Andy Ducille's opener helped Town score three in the first quarter of their 4-0 success at Three Bridges, which keeps them a point clear.
Hawks kept up the heat with a 4-0 win at Ringmer.
They scored two in eight minutes and all four by half-time.
