Bognor lost 3-2 at Braintree Town in Conference south despite leading at half-time.
The home side went in front through Robbie Martin but midfielder David Haddow scored twice in five minutes to put the Rocks in control.
The Iron levelled after 57 minutes through Chris Sullivan and Leon Archer got the clincher 11 minutes from time.
