Worthing Raiders will be marching on Richmond at full strength on Saturday.

And coach Ian Davies is intrigued to see how the unbeaten hosts respond.

Raiders, who will be backed by more than 200 supporters, are two points adrift in the London One title race but the decision to rest four key men last week has paid off.

Tom Beim, Jamie Stuart-MacDonald, Duncan Taylor and Jamie Redmayne are all fully fit and return. Skipper Jody Levett moves from flanker to the second row.

Davies said: "I don't think Richmond have been tested yet. Let's out them under pressure and see how they react."

Haywards Heath, second in London Two South, also have a big game as they go to third-placed Chobham.

Karl Flynn reckons Bognor have got the best fly half in Sussex.

The Bognor player/coach admits he is not making a particularly bold statement in saying that.

After all, Rob Parry played at No. 10 for the county last season.

But the confident Welshman has carried on that form and was outstanding in last week's 65-10 hammering of Whitstable - and not just because he booted seven conversions and two penalties in his 30-point haul.

Flynn said: "Rob is probably the best No. 10 in Sussex and plenty of teams in other counties would love to have him.

"He can kick a ball but he is also a really good playmaker."

Bognor, top of Four South East, are confident they can safely negotiate the long trip to improving Hastings and Bexhill. Flynn said: "We'll stick to our gameplan."
