Anthony Young says he is in perfect shape to win the vacant British Masters middleweight title on Saturday.
The Crawley boxer tops the bill against Barnsley's Lee Noble in a ten-rounder at the K2 and is confident he can impress his fans.
The fight is a stepping stone towards a Southern Area or English title shot.
The Bewbush professional said: "This is the big one for me. My preparations have gone perfectly and I am feeling really good.
"There can be no excuses. If I don't win it will only be because I have been beaten by the better boxer on the night but I am confident that is not going to happen.
"I will have the crowd behind me and I know I am going to win this fight. I am very confident."
Noble is trained and managed by the famous Ingle fighting family and also fancies his chances.
Trainer John Ingle said: "We're coming down to Crawley to take that title back to Yorkshire.
"Noble knows far too much for Young and will outwork him in a fight or a boxing match.Young can't win."
