Horsham had Simon Austin sent off as they drew 1-1 with Harlow Town in the Ryman League premier division.
The Hornets took a 25th-minute lead through skipper Eddie French when he converted a corner from Lewis Taylor.
Horsham looked good value for the three points until the match turned 20 minutes from time.
Austin received his marching orders for a second bookable offence following a foul on James Bunn.
The visitors looked like holding on until Bunn popped up with an equaliser from ten yards seven minutes from time.
