Eastbourne Borough boss Garry Wilson has told his players not to panic following two consecutive defeats which have undermined their title hopes.

Borough were top of the table following seven wins in eight matches before defeats to Cambridge City and Havant and Waterlooville handed the advantage back to Lewes.

They face another stiff test at home to fifth-place Fisher Athletic on Saturday but Wilson insists he is not overly concerned by their recent blip.

He said: "There is no reason to panic because we have played pretty well in the last two games but the difference has been we haven't taken our chances when they have come along.

"Before we were banging the goals in for fun but sometimes these things happen. We are still in a strong position and if we keep playing the way we have the results will come again."

Defender Darren Baker serves a one-match suspension tomorrow and Wilson admits he may make further changes with Allan Tait available again following injury and Darren Budd back from international duty in Hungary.

Wilson added: "We have got room to change it around a bit with players coming back and it might be the time to freshen things up a bit but there is no need for anything drastic."
