Terry Parris has agreed to return as chairman at Lewes.
The Rooks legend recently admitted he was worried about the direction the club was taking after replacing title winning boss Steven King with Albion commercial manager Kevin Keehan.
Parris said: "Once I knew the full facts, and the reasons for the new direction, I was only too pleased to accept the offer from the Board."
Former Lewes midfielder Tom Davis, 24, has signed for AFC Wimbledon.
