Paul Grennan took 7-24 to give Southwick their first win of the season in Invitation League division one. He helped skittle Selsey for 66 to lay the foundations for the nine-wicket victory.

Broadwater had to settle for 13 points after Horsham Trinity batted out a draw. James Iago (50 not out) and Bob Reynolds (46) top scored and Tim Street took 4-67 as Broadwater posted 201-7 and Trinity held out for 119-7 in reply.

Greg Thwaites (6-14) and Chris Cook (44 not out) were the top performers for division two leaders Eastergate in a nine-wicket win over Rustington, who were dismissed for 91.

West Chiltington moved into second place after beating Storrington by 57 runs. Neil Miller hit 78 not out as Chilts set a target of 179-5, before James Chaloner claimed 4-21 to help bowl out the reply for 122 after James Pearce made 57.

St Andrews suffered their first defeat after going down by a wicket at Southwater. They were shot out for 150 with Ray Cully scoring 40, before Danny Humphreys (69) led the reply.

Felbridge dismissed Broadbridge Heath for just 64 to win by 140 runs. Mark Harrison did the most damage with figures of 5-20 after Sam Holt (71) helped chalk up a target of 204-7.

Aldwick had the better of a draw against Barns Green after posting 175-8 thanks to useful contributions from Keelan Belcher (49) and Phil Hart (41 not out). Lincoln Humphreys took 4-20 for Green, who made 161-8 in reply with Martin Hennock scoring 67.
