Gary Smith wants his Worthing Thunder to be the quickest team in the BBL.
The Thunder coach says he will continue to play a fast-paced game when his side move up to the top league and reckons signing Janis Ivanovskis as starting power forward is key.
Smith said: "I want us to create mis-matches and I want us to get up and down the court. I don't want us to walk the ball up unless we really have to.
"Having Janis at the four spot is a good move. He will excel in that role."
