Chris White has been named as Horsham YMCA's new manager.
White resigned as boss of East Preston yesterday to take up the role at Gorings Mead.
He replaces John Suter who was sacked two weeks ago after 19 years in the YM hot-seat.
YM chairman Mick Browning said: "We are delighted that Chris is our new manager. He came highly recommended and we think he is the right man to take us forward."
