Lewes will kick-off their Blue Square premier division campaign with a tough trip to Kidderminster Harriers on August 9.
The Rooks face Crawley in their first home game three days later and will meet fellow Sussex rivals Eastbourne Borough away on Boxing Day and again at home on New Year's Day.
Borough begin life in non-league's top flight with a home clash with Rushden and Diamonds, while Crawley face York City at Broadfield Stadium.
Reds face Woking twice over the festive period as well as a home game against Borough on December 29.
