Crowborough have made three new signings including Hastings midfielder Danny Ellis.
The Ryman League new boys have also snapped up former Ringmer pair Dave Soutar and Luke Gedling.
Ellis was a regular at Hastings under Nigel Kane last season before losing his place when Tony Dolby took over earlier this year.
Soutar and Gedling both have Ryman League experience and have been brought to the club by new joint manager Steve Johnson, who was manager at Ringmer last season.
Defender Soutar has previously played for Burgess Hill and Lewes while midfielder Gedling has spent time with Horsham and Lewes as well as having a spell in the Conference premier with Aldershot.
Crows are also hoping to sign England Universities captain Kieran Wilson.
The former Chelsea junior, who can play at full-back or wide midfield, was previously at Ryman League premier division Tonbridge Angels but has been living in America until recently.
