Tom Godfrey has joined Worthing on work experience
Young Albion goalkeeper Tom Godfrey has answered an emergency call from Worthing.
The second-year scholar will play in goal for the Rebels in their FA Trophy tie at Folkestone Invicta.
Manager Chris White signed Godfrey on work experience last night after three of the club’s goalkeepers were ruled out.
Dual-signed Seb Barton cannot play as Eastbourne Borough do not want him cup-tied, Michael Hunter is out through injury and youth team keeper James Fernandez has a broken ankle.
