Lewes striker Lee Farrell has signed a new contract while defender Ijah Anderson has been released.
Farrell scored his second goal of the season after coming on as a substitute in Monday's 1-1 draw with Bognor.
After the game the youngster, who is a Great Britain deaf team international, penned a new twoyear contract with the Rooks.
Anderson, meanwhile, has been shown the door after just four appearances for the Rooks.
The experienced defender was hailed as a decent signing just before the start of the season, having made more than 250 League appearances for Brentford, Bristol Rovers and Swansea, but has not lived up to expectations.
Manager Steven King, who has been unhappy with his side's start to the season, may make further changes over the next week with at least one more player set to leave and another to arrive.
King remains without the injured Jean-Michel Sigere, Paul Kennett, Karl Beckford, Dean Hooper, Steve Elliott and Max Hustwick for tomorrow's trip to Cambridge City while Simon Wormull has a 50-50 chance of returning from a back problem.
Jack Pearce has warned Bognor's new central defensive pairing they will need to be on top of their game against Fisher Athletic tomorrow.
After losing their opening three games the Rocks have steadied the ship since former Albion trainee Steve May and Jason Pearce joined forces at the back.
Pearce, on a month's loan from Portsmouth, and May kept leaders Histon at bay last Saturday and helped Bognor to a 1-1 draw against title favourites Lewes on Monday but now face an even tougher challenge according to the Rocks boss.
Boss Jack Pearce said: "We are certainly making progress and the arrival of Jason and the form of Steve has made us a lot more solid at the back. I was pleased with our last two performances but there is still got a lot of work to do because we have only won once and Fisher are one of the top sides in this division."
