Now get one of those tracker devices attached to him so this doesn't keep happening. Everyone who has a mental health problem & a tendency to "go walkies" should get one of these.
The man is bipolar, hardly a serious health issue in itself, and I have certainly not seen any suggestion of a "tendancy to go walkies." For all I know the guy decided he fancied a break for the day, or went to stay with his mistress for the night. I don't know, I don't care, and it is absolutely none of my business.

Many people have mental health issues and live quite happily in the community with virtually nobody aware that they even have such issues.
