A man is to appear in court accused of shouting racist abuse at an Asian man.

Richard Saldinack, 37, of Limbrick Lane, Worthing, has been charged with using threatening and abusive language and causing racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress.

 

He has been bailed to appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on June 10.

The incident happened at the Tesco Extra store in New Road, Worthing on April 2.
