A POWER cut at a block of flats lasting more than 24 hours affected communal hallway lights, doors and electrically-operated windows.
The problem started at John Whittle Lodge in Saunders Park Rise, Brighton, on Thursday morning and was not fixed until Friday afternoon.
About 25 people live in the block and, despite repeated calls to Southern Housing which manages the block, it took about 30 hours to fix the fault.
