SIX candidates are to fight the Dundee District Council by-election
for the Hilltown ward which is to be held on February 10, it was
announced yesterday. The seat will be contested by Calum Cashley, SNP,
Fiona Grant, Labour, Jonathon Justice, Conservative, Graham Smith,
Scottish Militant Labour, Rosemary Vetterlein, Scottish Liberal
Democrat, and Mary Ward, Communist.
