FORSYTH Andy On 23rd November, at his new home in Scotland. Former Cardiothoracic Surgeon at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton and Kings College Hospital, London. Much loved husband of Ruth, father of Tom and Mary and grandfather of William. He will be sadly missed by his family, many friends, colleagues and former patients. Funeral Service has taken place in Scotland.
