SURRIDGE PHYLLIS Passed away peacefully at home after a long brave struggle on December 10th 2017 surrounded by family and friends. Aged 83. Funeral service at H.D. Tribe Chapel, 101 Eastern Avenue, Shoreham-By-Sea BN43 6PE on Thursday December 21st at 2:30pm. No flowers, if desired donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society may be sent c/o H.D. Tribe Ltd or made on line at www.hdtribe.co.uk
